Accounts Payable/Finance Clerk

Clearbranch is seeking a part-time accounts payable/finance clerk. Duties include processing invoices, making payments, processing payroll, maintaining general ledger accounts, and preparing reports. Clearbranch Worship Intern

Purpose:
The purpose of this internship is to offer training, exposure, and experience in all of the things that make a worship ministry function as well as to help the intern to grow into his or her own call to ministry.

Reports to: Minister of Worship Arts

Status: Part Time

Position Description: Work with the Director of Worship Ministries to further the mission and vision of Clearbranch United Methodist Church by helping plan and execute our weekly worship services, aiding in weekly operations, and partnering with other ministry areas inside the body when so needed.

Expectations

Worship Services

  • Aid in scheduling, planning and executing weekly services
  • Serve onstage (if applicable) and offstage in media roles to ensure the quality of all services
  • Weekly input and maintenance Propresenter Lyrics/Slides/Sermon notes
  • Weekly Stage/Media set up and tear down

Weekly Responsibilities

  • What is needed for services listed above.
  • Things move quickly in a church setting so these responsibilities will shift due to things like, time of year, events on the calendar, and things that just need doing.
  • Maintenance and organization of CB Worship spaces
  • Other duties as assigned.

** Due to the nature of ministry work, there tend to be long hours and last minute calls. It is for that reason that we ask you to have flexible hours and reliable transportation. **

Lead Sound Engineer

The purpose of the Lead Sound Engineer within the worship department at Clearbranch is to ensure the highest quality of live audio for every service and event.

This person should be skilled in mixing live Audio, troubleshooting audio issues, and helping to maintain audio equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing consistent, high quality FOH mixing for weekly Clearbranch Worship rehearsals and services as well as special services through the year.
  • Aiding in training volunteers to be back up FOH
  • As needed input on maintenance/upgrades to Clearbranch’s existing audio systems
  • Building and maintaining healthy relationships within the whole of Clearbranch’s Worship department.
