C.A.R.E Team Ministry

Description/purpose: C.A.R.E. team is available to visit homes, assisted living facilities, nursing facilities, hospitals, viewing and funeral services. The team represents God and the church and their mission is to listen, love, and serve.

F.A.N. Filling A Need (with food)

Description/purpose: Provide food to people in our church and surrounding community who need support and comfort in times of death, illness, surgery, disaster, or troubling experiences. We also want to celebrate with our church family in times of joy such as the birth of a child or when food assistance is needed for church-wide fellowship gatherings.

Frequency: as needed

Volunteer Opportunities: prepare food, deliver to homes

Donations needed: gift cards to grocery stores

Hospitality Team

Description/purpose: Create welcoming environment for visitors and members.

Frequency: Rotation of one Sunday each Month.

Volunteer Opportunities: Open doors and offer smiles as people approach the building, direct visitors to appropriate places, answer all questions while sharing warmth of Christ.

Kairos Ministry

Description/purpose: Interdenominational team of volunteers present an introductory 3-day weekend described as a short course in Christianity to male, female, and youthful offender inmates. Kairos Outside is a weekend retreat to support female loved ones of those who have been or are incarcerated.

Frequency: 3rd Saturday of every month offers a reunion for all inmates who have attended a 3-day weekend.

Volunteer Opportunities: Serve a Kairos weekend, participate in follow-up; assist with organizing the weekend. Witness God changing the lives of inmates.

Marriage Builders

Description/purpose: Marriage enrichment opportunities, events, and occasions for fellowship are offered to encourage and stimulate the married couple’s ongoing health and growth.

Frequency: several times per year.

Volunteer Opportunities: event planning and coordination, hospitality, couple fellowship.

Media Ministry

Description/purpose: Spirit-filled believers who have a call to enhance the Kingdom through media production.

Frequency: Sundays services, Wednesday night services, and as needed for special events.

Volunteer Opportunities: Camera Operation, Lighting Designers, Video Mixing, Audio Engineers, and Video Editing.

Military Recognition

Descripion: Providing cards and care packages to those in military service that are connected by friends or family to Clearbranch.

Volunteer Opportunities: Writing cards, preparing care packages.

Shawl Ministry

Description: Gather to make prayer shawls. Pray over shawls before they are distributed to people in hospitals and at home who need encouragement.

Frequency: once per month

Donations needed: gift cards to Michael’s, Joann Fabrics, Hobby Lobby or other yarn suppliers

Volunteer Opportunities: knit, crochet, pray, deliver completed shawls

T.E.A.M. Food Drives

Description/Purpose: Team is a non-profit ministry that provides food, clothing, and financial assistance to those in need. Clearbranch is a supporter of TEAM and the fourth Sunday of each month we will have a food drive. We need peanut butter, jelly, boxed cereal, oil, corn meal, rice, dried beans, canned fruit, canned meat, vegetables, and soups, flour, dry milk, infant formula, baby food.

Frequency: Fourth Sunday of every month

Volunteer Opportunities: Provide food for our food drives
