November 24 – Deck the Halls
Join us after worship on November 24 (this Sunday!) as we transform Clearbranch and get it ready for Advent! We’ll be collecting in the Cafe and sharing lunch before getting to work moving trees, breaking down the platform area, and adding Christmas cheer everywhere! Make plans to be there after worship on Sunday, November 24, from 12-3pm!

December 4th – Backyard Kids Christmas Kickoff (5:30-8pm)
Make plans now for your kids to join us on Wednesday, December 4 from 5:30 – 8:00pm to kick off the Christmas season! (Parents – this would be a great night to plan dinner out or some Christmas shopping!) We’ll have dinner, Christmas games and crafts, and finish out the evening with a couple of very special guests who are traveling a LONG way to see these kiddos!
December 6th – Women’s Christmas Party (6-8pm)
Get ready for our annual Women’s Ministry Christmas Party!
When: Friday, Dec. 6, 2024 at 6:00 PM
Where: Clearbranch Café
Please join us for our Annual Women’s Ministry Christmas Party. This year our Theme is “My Favorite Things”.
This event will include all things Christmas that we love.
There is NO COST for the meal.
WHAT TO BRING:
1. A gift of your“Favorite Things” (up to $20) wrapped in a bag to swap. Put your name on theoutside of the bag with a label.
2. An elementary child’s 50-piece Jig Saw Puzzle (no more than $10) for wrapped. This is for our ministry event. We will be presenting them to Chalkville Elementary.
3. Bring a friend!

December 8th – Christmas Family Brunch (Potluck-following worship)
Bring those brunch holiday favorites and lets enjoy them after worship as a family!
December 8th – Student Ministry Winter Olympics (3:30-7pm)
Coming up here in December we are going to have a day of fun and games where teams will get to compete against each other in 4 separate events with ultimate goal of winning a medal and other prizes. Events will include, cross-country skiing, hockey, Curling, and team figure skating. Teams will consist of 4 members and must include at least 1 male and 1 female student, and also must include 1 junior high and 1 senior high student. For this event, we want you to invite as many of your friends as you can. Even if you don’t have enough to make a team or it’s just you, come on anyways! We will make sure that everyone gets a chance to participate and that no one is left out. So with that in mind, go ahead and be planning your team and keep an eye out for the date to be released here real soon.
December 11th – Very Merry Family Movie Night and Dinner (5:30-8pm)
Bring the whole family for this night of holiday fellowship and fun! We’ll have dinner at 5:30pm in the Cafe, then move into the Worship Center for a Christmas movie! Of course there will be plenty of popcorn and hot chocolate to go around. This is an all-ages, family event! (Psst … we’re expecting a couple of very special guests just in from the North Pole). RSVP

Each year, our Service of Loss and Light reminds us that God never leaves us…even in the darkest of times. Join us for this powerful service.
