Production & Communications Director
Reports To: Worship Pastor and Executive Pastor
Classification: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
Overview:
The Production & Communications Director is a key member of our staff team, responsible for
ensuring that the message and mission of our church are clearly communicated both inside and
outside the church. This role oversees all aspects of weekend production (audio, video, lighting,
livestream, and stage management) and church-wide communications (social media, website,
app, print/digital content, and branding). The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and
creatively driven, able to lead and develop teams of volunteers while maintaining excellence in
execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Communications
• Develop and oversee the church’s communications strategy, ensuring consistent
branding, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
• Manage the church website and mobile app, keeping content accurate, timely, and
engaging.
• Lead social media strategy, content creation, posting, and engagement.
• Oversee the creation of print and digital promotional materials for ministries and events.
• Collaborate with ministry leaders to support their communication needs and ensure
alignment with the church’s mission.
• Produce creative video announcements, promotional videos, sermon series art, and
other storytelling projects.
Production:
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop volunteer teams to serve in production roles.
• Lead and oversee Sunday morning production teams, including audio, lighting, video,
and livestream.
• Assist in maintaining production equipment and researching upgrades.
• Partner with the Worship Pastor to design and produce creative, distraction-free worship
and teaching environments through the use of dynamic lighting and projected worship
elements (ProPresenter and lighting software).
Leadership Expectations:
• Recruit, equip, and empower volunteers to serve with skill and passion.
• Build systems that ensure smooth operations in both communications and production.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in church communications
and production.
• Contribute as an active member of the staff team, supporting the mission, values, and
vision of the church.
• Model spiritual maturity and servant leadership in all areas of ministry.
Qualifications:
• A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to the mission and
values of the church.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or similar
creative tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical experience with live production (audio, video, lighting, livestreaming), and
audio and video editing.
• Previous experience in a church or related field preferred.
Hours & Compensation:
• Full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/week), including Sundays and some evenings.
• Salary commensurate with experience.

Lead Sound Engineer
The purpose of the Lead Sound Engineer within the worship department at Clearbranch is to ensure the highest quality of live audio for every service and event.
This person should be skilled in mixing live Audio, troubleshooting audio issues, and helping to maintain audio equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing consistent, high quality FOH mixing for weekly Clearbranch Worship rehearsals and services as well as special services through the year.
- Aiding in training volunteers to be back up FOH
- As needed input on maintenance/upgrades to Clearbranch’s existing audio systems
- Building and maintaining healthy relationships within the whole of Clearbranch’s Worship department.
